Founder & CEO:

Professor Eddie Blass

EdD, MA, PGCE, BA (Hons), LLB (Hons)

Having worked in both the Business and Education disciplines as an Academic, combined with senior management roles in Universities at faculty and cross-university functions, Eddie brings an understanding of the role of the academic, of the student learning experience, of quality assurance mechanisms and of online materials development and implementation into the practice of designing, developing and delivering online education development.

Eddie has chaired university accreditation committees; written numerous new programs for Academic Board/Senate approval; developed entirely new programs for fully online delivery; and developed an ‘inverted approach’ to curriculum design that focuses on the student and their outcomes as the start. Eddie is committed to student centred learning design, and creates experiential online learning that fully engages learners. She has given up practice as a full-time academic in order to pursue the chance to collaborate with others in achieving educational transformation that will serve the needs of students in tomorrow’s professional settings.

Enya has a deep commitment to writing quality material that is both accessible and engaging for its intended audiences, while giving them the confidence to want to learn more.

An experienced technical writer, Enya has created material for a wide range of readerships including executives, managers and team leaders in the IT and engineering fields, medical professionals, high school students, ESL (English as second language) speakers, and tradespeople.

Enya’s natural curiosity and broad-based education brings depth to her writing and makes her adept at researching and writing in new subjects. Through her development as a successful equestrian sports coach she discovered her passion for creating an enriched learning experience. 

Her work spans the educational, instructional design, marketing and technical fields, including developing extensive course materials for new types of virtual immersive learning programs that have a strong focus on peer learning and action learning models.
